How do I report a job?
Call or WhatsApp us (you can send photos), email jobs@molivefm.co.uk or use the job request form.
How quickly can you attend?
Every enquiry gets a response the same day, guaranteed. Jobs are then prioritised in tiers, with emergencies always first, then urgent, then routine work. We will agree an attendance time with you.
Do you help out of hours?
Our office is open monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Outside these hours, call us on 0333 772 4856 and we will check whether we can get the job covered.
How do you price work?
Just call, email or WhatsApp us with details of the job. We'll come back with a clear quote, and nothing goes ahead until you've approved it.
Are your tradespeople qualified and insured?
Yes. We only use qualified, insured tradespeople we trust.
Will I know when the job is done?
Yes. You get confirmation of completion with photos and sign-off.
