Who we are
This website is run by Molive Facilities Management, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17500311), registered office Block 1, Benton Office Park, Bennett Avenue, Horbury, Wakefield WF4 5RA. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Molive. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you send a job request or a new client enquiry, we collect the details you type in. That can include your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, site addresses and details about the work you need.
If you email, phone or WhatsApp us, we keep a record of that conversation and the details you give us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To arrange, carry out and sign off the work you ask for.
- To keep records of jobs, quotes and invoices.
- To contact you about work you have asked us to do.
We use your information because you have asked us to take steps towards, or carry out, a contract with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and managing our business. We will never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
To get a job done, we share the details needed (such as the site address, a contact name and number, and what needs doing) with the qualified tradesperson or subcontractor carrying out the work. We also use trusted service providers to run our business, such as our website host and email provider, who only process information on our behalf. We may share information if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to any work are deleted within 12 months. Records of jobs, quotes and invoices are kept for as long as we need them for legal, insurance and accounting reasons, usually six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it, and object to us using it. To do any of these, email us at jobs@molivefm.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
